Xtreamo does not own, host, store or control media content. Xtreamo provides technical access only. Content, trademarks, logos and copyrights belong to their respective owners. Use the service only for content you are lawfully entitled to access and in compliance with your local laws. Users must be 18 or older.

Orders and acceptance
Orders can be submitted through our website checkout or arranged directly on WhatsApp. The manual payment option records an unpaid order for follow-up; it does not collect an online payment. Before payment, confirm your plan, device allowance, price, currency, compatibility, activation timeframe and payment method with our team. The website does not collect card payments.
Subscription duration and devices
Your subscription covers the duration and device allowance confirmed in your order. Confirm simultaneous-connection limits before purchase. Do not resell or share credentials beyond the agreed allowance. Renewal requires a separate confirmation; there is no automatic renewal.
Compatibility and performance
You need a compatible player and stable internet connection. Third-party applications may charge separately. Resolution, availability and playback depend on your device, connection, application and content source. Continuous availability and a particular picture quality are not guaranteed.
Activation and refunds
No free trial is offered. If you are unsure after purchase, you may request a short test within 48 hours. Activation failures must be reported within 48 hours and are handled under the Refund Policy after troubleshooting. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Responsible use
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with technical systems, or disclose credentials publicly. Xtreamo may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable law and the agreed order terms.
Third-party services and liability
Third-party players and payment or communication services operate under their own terms. Xtreamo is not affiliated with their developers. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
