Installation Guide
Choose your device below, install a compatible player, then add the credentials sent after your confirmed order.
Downloader by AFTVnews is for supported Fire OS, Google TV and Android devices. Roku, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS use their own app stores and do not install Android APK files. App availability varies by model and region.
Install Downloader and allow app installation
Downloader does not need an Xtreamo activation code. Install the app, grant the installation permission when needed, and enter a player’s verified code or official download URL.
Firestick / Fire TV running Fire OS
- On your Fire TV home screen, open Find or Search and search for Downloader. Choose the app by AFTVnews and select Get or Download.
- Open Downloader once. Accept its first-run prompts and any storage permission requested by your version.
- Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Depending on the version, the device menu may be named Device & Software.
- If Developer Options is missing, open My Fire TV → About, highlight your device name and press the remote’s select button seven times. Go back one screen.
- Open Install Unknown Apps and enable permission for Downloader. Older Fire OS versions may show Apps from Unknown Sources instead.
- Return to Downloader. In Home, enter a verified player code from the table below, press Go, then select Install when the APK finishes downloading.
- Open the player and add your subscription details. After installation, you can turn off Downloader’s unknown-app installation permission.
These APK steps apply to compatible Fire OS models. A Fire TV device using a different operating system may not support Android APKs; check its store and exact model. You do not need to enable ADB debugging for this Downloader workflow.

Google TV, Android TV and Android TV boxes
- Open the Apps tab or Google Play Store and search for Downloader by AFTVnews. Select Install.
- If your player is already available in Google Play, install it directly; Downloader is unnecessary.
- Open Downloader and enter the player code or official APK address.
- When installation is blocked, follow the Settings prompt to allow Install unknown apps for Downloader. Common paths are Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps or Device Preferences → Security & Restrictions → Unknown sources.
- If your model requires Developer Options to expose this setting, locate its Build number under System → About, select it seven times, then return to Settings. Menu names vary by manufacturer.
- Return to the installer, install the player and open it. Turn off the extra installation permission afterwards if you no longer need it.
If the permission is unavailable on your model, use an app from its official store or ask us to check compatibility.
Roku players and Roku TVs
Use Roku’s Streaming Store. Downloader numeric codes and Android APKs do not apply to Roku.
- Press Home on your Roku remote, then open Streaming Store or Streaming Channels, depending on your menu version.
- Search for the player supported on your device, select it and choose Add app or Add channel.
- For CAP Player, follow the Roku link on CAP’s official website. CAPPLAYER is the developer’s Roku identifier; it is not a Downloader code.
- If you add the app through the Roku website, use the same Roku account as your device. Check Settings → System → System update → Check now if it has not appeared.
- Open the player and follow its device/playlist setup instructions.
Samsung, LG, VIDAA, Whale TV and Titan OS Smart TVs
- Check your TV’s operating system. A Samsung Tizen or LG webOS TV uses its own store; a Smart TV running Google TV or Android TV follows the Android instructions above.
- Open the TV’s Apps store, LG Content Store or its equivalent.
- Search for a player supported on your model, such as CAP Player, Smarters Player or HotPlayer where listed by its developer.
- Install and open it. Note the MAC address, device ID or key requested by its playlist manager.
- Add your playlist on the player’s official device-management page, then refresh the TV app.
Do not try to install an Android APK on Tizen, webOS, Roku or another non-Android TV system. If no compatible player is available, a supported external streaming device may be an option.
Android phones/tablets, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Windows and Mac
Use Google Play for Android, the App Store for Apple devices, or the player developer’s official desktop download. Downloader APK codes do not apply to iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Windows or macOS. On Android, prefer the Play Store; use the developer’s APK only where your device permits it.
Player downloads and Downloader codes

Quick troubleshooting
- Downloader missing? Check your device’s operating system and official app store. Roku/Tizen/webOS do not use this Android APK workflow.
- Install blocked? Grant unknown-app installation permission specifically to Downloader on supported Android/Fire OS devices.
- Code fails? Use the official developer download page; do not substitute a random code from an advert or message.
- App not installed? Check available storage, OS compatibility and whether the developer offers a newer package.
- Player installed but no channels? Add your Xtreamo credentials or playlist. Installing the player alone does not activate a subscription.
- Copy your login exactly; check spelling, spaces and the server URL.
- Confirm your subscription is activated and you have not exceeded the connection limit.
- Restart your app, device and router. Refresh the playlist.
- Try a wired connection or move closer to your router.
- Send support your device model, player name and exact error. Never share full card details.
